The gist: CBS is all new on Labor Day while ABC runs a repeat, so Genoa City picks up exactly where Friday dropped it — with a dead man on the floor of a rehab facility and two people deciding who takes the blame.
What happened on Y&R on Friday?
Marie Kirkland's husband Logan turned up at the rehab clinic and put his hands on her. She shoved him off, he went down, and he hit his head. Soap Opera Magazine's Canadian day-ahead report says the fall killed him.
That is the room Nick Newman walks into. He was already at the facility, already close to Marie, and Friday ended with him standing over the consequences.

Who takes the blame for Logan's death?
Nick tries to take it. Two day-ahead reports agree on the shape of Monday: he tells the story as if Marie were never in the room, claiming Logan came at him over a moment between them and that he defended himself.
Marie does not let it stand. She corrects him in front of whoever is listening and says plainly that she was the one who pushed Logan. She thanks Nick for trying. Then she tells him this is hers to carry.

Phyllis rejects that part on the spot. Daytime Soap Stop reports she stays in his corner anyway, which is the more interesting half — she has decided the risk is worth it.
Are Victoria and Kyle really doing this again?
Yes. Soaps.com's week-ahead puts them back in temptation on Monday, and Daytime Soap Stop names the room: the Riverbank Motel.
The complication arrives with it. Audra is reported to lean on Victoria this week, and a motel is a bad place to keep a secret when someone is already looking for leverage.
How bad is the Tahiti trip now?
Bad. Jack and Diane's getaway was already unravelling on Friday, and Monday adds another turn. Daytime Soap Stop's account has Jack brushing off Diane's advice and paying for it.
