Short version: Justine ended her secret romance with Sonny after he couldn't convince her he had nothing to do with the Pentonville attack. Chase told his lawyer to draw up legal separation papers. Josslyn asked the WSB to let her chase Sonny, got a flat no, and went looking for another way in.

Friday closed with Sonny alone and Justine asking him point-blank whether he ordered the attack. Dante had already walked out, and Chase had refused to move out of the Quartermaine house. Friday's recap has all six threads.

Did Justine break up with Sonny?

Yes. Both recaps we read have Justine pressing Sonny about the attack on Sidwell and Curtis, and Sonny denying he ordered it. He admitted sending Vito to Pentonville. Soap Opera Digest says that was to protect Sidwell; Soap Opera News says Vito carried only a message.

It didn't land. Justine told him she couldn't believe him and ended things. Per Soap Opera Digest, she added that her office would find out what happened and put him away.

Is Chase leaving Brook Lynn?

He's taken the first legal step. Chase met Monet at the Metro Court and asked her to prepare legal separation papers. Both outlets agree on that, and on his reason: he no longer trusts his wife.

Brook Lynn spent her hour at the gym venting to Hudson about the marriage. Per Soap Opera News, she later told Tracy she'd fight for custody of Phoebe.

What did Chase say to Willow?

Britt and Willow talked first, about feelings and second chances. Then Monet left, and Chase and Willow ended up together at the Metro Court. Per Soap Opera Digest, he told her she no longer needs to stay away from him.

Two people noticed. Josslyn saw them, per both recaps. And back at the mansion, Yuri told Tracy he'd overheard Chase and Brook Lynn's fight, so Tracy asked him to keep tabs on Chase and Willow. Soap Opera Digest says she wants photos.

What happened between Josslyn and Baines?

Josslyn asked Agent Baines to move her off her current WSB assignment so she could go after Sonny. He refused. Both recaps have him giving her the same choice: do the assigned work or resign. She didn't resign.

She met Hudson afterward. The outlets split on that scene. Soap Opera Digest has her asking him for a report on JJE's Far East dealings and an acquisitions plan aimed at Sonny, while Soap Opera News has Hudson handing her new orders.

Why was Serena at the Quartermaine mansion?

Serena Baldwin showed up and went straight at Jason over her father, Scott. Soap Opera Digest says she blamed Jason for running Scott out of town. Soap Opera News says she stomped on his foot and delivered a message from her dad.

Then she slipped upstairs. Per Soap Opera Digest, she'd been arguing for the falcons nesting on the roof, and Jason found her hanging from it. Soap Opera News stops at Serena asking Jason for help, so the rooftop detail rests on one recap.

Who has turned on Sonny so far?
