General Hospital Spoilers Monday, September 21, 2026: Carly Busts Charlotte's Setup

Charlotte Cassadine spent Friday's last minute climbing into the back of Drew Cain's car with her phone already recording. The credits rolled on her sitting there. Nothing has moved since — two weekend days of nothing — so Monday opens with a teenager still in that back seat and a plan that only works if no adult walks past.

One does. Carly Spencer finds her before Drew ever reaches the driver's door, and the scene that was built to ruin a man turns into a much smaller, much uglier conversation between a woman and her best friend's daughter. That is the hour's spine. Around it, Willow goes looking for the one Cassadine who might know how to pull Nina back, and Britt finally says out loud what she has been carrying since Spoon Island.

Where did Friday leave things?

Three threads were live when the hour ended. Ric told Willow the WSB had already moved Nina to Steinmauer, which took the easy options off the table. What happens on Monday's General Hospital?

• Carly catches Charlotte. The published spoilers agree she makes the discovery early enough that Drew is never actually involved — the blackmail footage does not get made. What Carly does with what she has seen is the open question.
• Willow seeks out Valentin. He points her toward making herself useful to the WSB as leverage over Nina's situation, which is exactly as safe as it sounds.
• Britt confides in Isaiah. She talks about knowing Anna was being held and not getting her out, and about where she and Jason now stand. Isaiah listens instead of arguing.
• Anna shares a fear with Jason. The conversation circles back to Britt, and to how much of that damage traces to Anna's captivity.
• Rocco tries to reassure Scout. The quietest scene on the call sheet, and the only one with no agenda behind it.

Who is worth watching today?

Carly is the hour. Laura Wright has played her since 2005, and Carly's history with Charlotte's family is long enough that this is never going to be a simple scolding.

Britt is the other one. Her scene with Isaiah is the first time she has put words to the Anna situation and to the end of things with Jason — a thread that runs straight out of Steve Burton's return to full-time status, which we laid out date by date over the weekend.
