General Hospital Recap Friday, September 25, 2026: Curtis and Sidwell Attacked in Prison

Two parents finally sat in the same room and agreed on something. Friday's General Hospital gave Valentin and Lulu that rare moment, and the thing they agreed on is sending Charlotte away to boarding school.

Pentonville, meanwhile, turned violent. Sidwell took a beating from men who said they were paying back a debt to Sonny, and Curtis got hurt stepping in.

Bottom line: Charlotte's scheme against Drew caught up with her, and both parents signed off on boarding school. Curtis and Sidwell were beaten in prison by attackers who invoked Sonny's name. Josslyn also refused to spy for Michael.

Is Charlotte going to boarding school on GH?

Yes. Valentin told Carly first, and he wanted to keep Charlotte's stunt with Drew away from Lulu. Carly pushed him to come clean and present a united front instead.

He took the advice. At Lulu's, after Jason left, Valentin told her about the blackmail setup and made clear nothing happened between Charlotte and Drew. Then he pitched boarding school. Lulu agreed.

How did Charlotte find out?

Lulu had Rocco bring her home. Charlotte walked in, saw her father standing there and knew the game was up. She started apologizing before anyone spoke. The boarding school news left her speechless, which might be a first.

Earlier, at the boathouse, she'd torn into Rocco for wrecking her life. Rocco didn't budge. His view: he was protecting her from herself.

Jason ended up at Carly's later to talk about Danny and Charlotte. Both saw a bit of their teenage selves in the pair, which is either sweet or a warning.

Who attacked Sidwell and Curtis in Pentonville?

Sonny's associate and two other inmates. Curtis had warned Sidwell trouble was coming and pointed him toward protective custody. Sidwell decided to take his chances.

It went badly. The three jumped Sidwell in his cell, Curtis stepped in, and both men were beaten. Both recaps we checked have the attackers making clear the message came from Sonny before they walked out.

Is Curtis OK?

The episode ended with both men down. Early spoilers for the week of Sept. 28 from more than one outlet put Curtis in the ICU, so this isn't a bruise-and-move-on situation.

Are Sonny and Justine still together?

For now. They talked through Jordan catching their kiss, and Sonny's answer was to be more careful. Justine laid down terms: it only works if it doesn't cost her professionally or personally. They agreed to keep going.

The timing is rough. Same hour, Sonny's name got dropped in a prison beating.

What did Josslyn tell Michael?

No. In the Metro Court gardens, Michael asked her to keep an eye on Willow and Chase from the Quartermaine side, all to build Brook Lynn's case for full custody of Phoebe.

Josslyn shut it down. Per Soap Opera Digest, she told him he was acting like Drew by meddling in Brook Lynn's marriage.

How is Brook Lynn handling Chase moving back?

Badly. Hudson was helping with Phoebe's crib when Chase showed up to announce he'd moved back in. Brook Lynn read it for what it was, a legal move from his lawyer, and she left upset.

What does Monet want with Jordan?

Nobody knows yet, and that's the point. Monet, now working at Miller & Davis, made cutting remarks about Jordan's scars and brushed off questions about why she moved to Port Charles.

Michael caught the tail end. Jordan's not buying that a family reunion is the real reason Monet is here.

The biggest moment
