What did Danny see Rocco and Scout doing?
Kissing. Jason had told Danny he was proud of how he was handling his punishment at the Quartermaine stables, and suggested Rocco help out and the boys patch things up. Then Yuri called about Drew and Jason left.
Rocco showed up, and Danny told him their fathers wanted the two of them to patch things up. Scout arrived to see Rocco, and he told her to hide from her father, who was on the grounds. Rocco then told her he'd overheard talk of sending her to boarding school. She said she couldn't bear to leave her family. They kissed, and Danny walked in.
What did Jason tell Willow about Drew?
Drew slipped in to see Willow, saying he wanted to help with Lulu's article. He proposed a joint statement calling it false. Willow said any statement had to come from her office, because a congresswoman's word carries more weight.
Jason cut that short. Afterward he told Willow to keep Drew away, since contact with him could wreck her chances of a truce with Michael. He added that the Qs would make things easier for her as long as she keeps getting along with Michael.

What is the plan for Curtis?
At the hospital, Monet told Curtis he's being sent back to Pentonville the next day. Monet urged him to stay focused on getting out.
Drew joined them. The three settled on a public push built around Curtis's heroism, with the story going to Kevin Buchanan at The Banner and Aurora Media kept out of it. Curtis said he dislikes the PR game, but he'll play it if it gets him home.
Why did Lulu ask Carly and Valentin for help?
At the Port Charles Grill, Carly and Valentin talked about Charlotte and Wyndemere until Lulu showed up and clashed with them over her daughter. Tracy then broke up Lulu's rant, and she and Lulu sat down at a separate table.
Over that dinner they talked about the lawsuit. Lulu needs hard evidence that the WSB had a paralytic drug, and Tracy worried they'd have to ask Carly and Valentin. Lulu went back, asked for help, and Valentin agreed to contact a source.
Once she left, Carly argued they already know about the drug and could simply tell Lulu. Valentin refused, saying it would be catastrophic for Nina. Both recaps then turn to what really happened to Jack Brennan, but they describe Valentin's view differently, so we're leaving that one open.
