Who is Jude Jacks on General Hospital?
Per both recaps, he says he's Jerry Jacks' son. He told Brook Lynn he came to see his daughter, whom he believes was named Phoebe.
Brook Lynn said he had signed away his rights and told him to leave. Tracy and Jason came in as it escalated. Jude explained that Delilah, Phoebe's mother, had been carrying his baby, and that he was stunned to hear she'd died.
Brook Lynn answered that she and Jason adopted Phoebe legally. Jude argued the adoption doesn't hold because he never gave up his rights.
Jason told him to go. Jude said he wasn't going away for good. After he left, Brook Lynn said, "This can't be happening," then went to check on Phoebe. Tracy promised to handle it.

Joe questioned Carly about Jack's disappearance and the security failure at the Metro Court. She said that when she and Jason checked Jack's room, he was already gone.
She also explained why things ended between her and Jack: he had recruited her daughter. When Joe pressed, she told him to talk to her lawyer.
