General Hospital Cast 2026: Who Plays Who
As of October 26, 2026.
Quick answer: ABC's official General Hospital cast page lists Maurice Benard as Sonny Corinthos, Finola Hughes as Anna Devane, Cameron Mathison as Drew Cain and Josh Swickard as Harrison Chase, among others. The page is split into three screens. The first one listed 14 cast members when we read it on Oct. 26, so this table covers 13 of those 14, the ones that also match Wikipedia's cast list. The 14th, Chris L. McKenna as Jack Brennan, appears only on ABC's page, so we left him out.
We left out every actor we couldn't match on two sources. If a name is missing, that's why, not a judgment about the cast.
Who plays who on General Hospital right now?
| Actor | Character | Where the story stands |

| Maurice Benard | Sonny Corinthos | Playing the role since 1993 on Wikipedia's cast list. In late October he asked Jason to find out whether Josslyn framed him for the Pentonville attacks, then offered Hudson money to stay. |
| Dominic Zamprogna | Dante Falconeri | Asked Sonny to his face about Pentonville on Oct. 1 and walked away unconvinced. By Oct. 23 he and Liz were baking cupcakes for a Halloween party. |
| Eden McCoy | Josslyn Jacks | Sonny's suspect in the Pentonville question. She denied it on Oct. 23, and Jason told her he had her back. |
| Rory Gibson | Michael Corinthos | Flew to Germany with Jordan on Oct. 14 while his proxy at Deception became the focus of Lucy's plan. |
| Tanisha Harper | Jordan Ashford | On that same Quartermaine jet to Germany with Michael on Oct. 14. Monet is her estranged sister. |

| Finola Hughes | Anna Devane | Went to Valentin's new place on Oct. 21 to pull out of their joint therapy; he argued that facing their past together was the point. |
| Nancy Lee Grahn | Alexis Davis | In early October, Drew told her he would send Scout to boarding school if she and Molly broke his restraining order. |

How many cast members does ABC list?
ABC's cast page showed 14 names on its first screen on Oct. 26, with two more screens linked behind it. We couldn't read those, so we don't claim a total for the whole cast.
The list is alphabetical by character last name, so Curtis Ashford comes first and Josslyn Jacks lands at the bottom of the first screen. That's a quick way to find someone on the official page.
Who is the newest face in Port Charles?
Monet Mitchell is one of the newer characters on the show. Our Monet explainer covers who she is and who plays her. Monet, the lawyer for Willow in the libel suit, was in the Oct. 23 episode, as covered in that day's recap.
Wikipedia's main-cast table also marks Wil Traval's Jude as a 2026 entry. Jude, the man Britt spent the night with, turned up in the Oct. 21 recap.
Where do I catch up on the storylines?
Start with the most recent recap, Monday's, where Chase and Brook Lynn signed. For the Pentonville attacks that tie Sonny, Dante and Josslyn together, read Who framed Sonny.
