Thursday was the day Lulu's Invader story ran, naming Willow and Sidwell. Chase blamed the Quartermaines, and Curtis hired Monet before finding out who she is. Thursday's recap walks through each scene.

Did Gio move out of Sonny's house?

Yes. He told his grandfather he's getting a place with Emma, and Sonny asked whether Dante was behind it.

Gio said the decision was his. Sonny took it without an argument. Both recaps have him saying he understands, and that he doesn't want Gio stuck between him and Dante.

Emma showed up while Gio packed. With her there, Sonny said he'd prove he's innocent, for Gio's sake. Then Gio carried his things out.

Anna heard about the apartment from Emma in the same episode. She was all for it.

What does Chase want Willow to do about the article?

Sue. He still thinks the Quartermaines planted the story, and he wants a retraction out of Lulu.

Britt was at the gatehouse for this and argued the opposite. Put out a denial, she said, then leave it alone. She left, and Chase kept pressing.

Remember what Chase doesn't know. On Thursday, Willow admitted all of it to Britt. So he's pushing a lawsuit over a story that's true, and the only other person in the room who knew it was telling Willow not to file.

What did Anna tell Justine about the drug?

That it exists. Justine asked her, as a former WSB agent, whether the bureau has something that causes locked-in syndrome. Anna said it does.

So the previewed expertise went to the ADA. Soap Hub had guessed Josslyn.

Dante headed to the hospital for Sidwell's statement, and Justine brought up something else. She'd once come down on Anna for being too close to Sonny. Now she doesn't trust her own judgment about him, so she asked Anna to go through the files on the Pentonville assaults.

Why did Britt go to see Sidwell?

To talk about his interview. Isaiah and Tristan had already been in to check on him.

Sidwell hadn't known the article existed. He'd taken his conversation with Lulu for a dream, and Britt had to tell him it was in print. Then she told him there was a way out.

That's the lifeline, and it went to the man who put her cousin in the paper.

Dante walked in next. Sidwell's statement: the article is lies. Our read is that this is the previewed roadblock, since the story's own source just disowned it.

Where do Portia's loyalties lie?

With Isaiah. Friday was her first day back at the hospital since the baby, and Stella was there.

Things got tense once Isaiah joined them. Afterward he offered to pull back from his time with the baby. Portia said no. He's her partner, and he has a place in her life.

Does Stella trust Monet?

No, and she said so to Curtis.

Before Stella got there, Curtis pressed Monet on her angle. Her answer was about Jordan, who she says has always seen her as the kid sister who gets everything wrong. Jordan is out of town, so nobody could ask her. Our Monet explainer has the background.
