General Hospital Recap Monday, September 14, 2026: Britt Ends It, Joss Reports Anna
Monday opened with Britt and Jason still stuck on Anna and closed with Josslyn sitting across from a WSB agent. In between, three separate people found out, or confirmed, what Anna nearly did on Mount Emerson.
Only one of them took it to the bureau. The hour also gave Nina her first formal interview in the Brennan case, and Carly a side deal with Hudson that nobody else knows about yet. Missed the setup? On Friday Jason refused to back Britt's attempted-murder report against Anna, and Carly gave Agent Baines a name in Brennan's disappearance: Nina's. Friday's recap has Trina turning away Brook Lynn and Tracy asking Alexis about a divorce, too.
Did Britt and Jason break up?
Yes. At the boathouse Britt said she'd wanted to get Anna out on Spoon Island but couldn't at the time. Jason didn't buy it. The recaps agree on the core problem: he doesn't trust her version.
Britt asked whether he'd doubt Carly like this. Then she ended it, saying there's no relationship without trust.
Later Jason ran into Carly and told her. He still loves Britt, he said, but he doesn't believe in her the way he believes in Carly. That line answered Britt's question for her, just a few hours too late.
Who is treating Anna for PTSD?
Tristan. Anna went to him at the hospital about her delusions and the near-shooting, hoping to stay out of a WSB-run facility. He agreed to be her doctor, which puts her treatment behind patient confidentiality.
He also tried to check on Britt. She brushed him off, saying Anna's hold on reality is shaky, and went back to work.
Why did Josslyn report Anna to the WSB?
Because Anna more or less told her to. Joss came to Anna's place for her side of the Britt story, and Emma met her at the door with a fight.
Once Anna got home and sent Emma out, she talked openly about the PTSD and the Faison delusions. Joss had been held in the same place, and she'd found comfort in what Anna left behind there. That didn't stop Anna from spelling out the rule: agents in her condition get reported.
The final scene put Joss with Baines. She told him Anna had a mental breakdown and is getting civilian treatment outside the bureau.
👉 Anna chose Tristan so the WSB wouldn't find out. The agent she trusted with the story is the one who told them.
Is Nina a suspect in Brennan's disappearance?
She is now. Baines questioned her at the Metro Court about Jack Brennan and what they were to each other. Nina admitted the romance and denied knowing where he went.

What deal did Carly make with Hudson?
Hudson came to Carly's office annoyed about working for Joss, who wants office space at Crimson. Carly said yes to the space and asked for one detail: make the renovation loud.
Nina runs Crimson. We'll leave that there. After Hudson left, he phoned someone off-screen to say he'd done what they suggested, and it went well.
What else happened?
- Metro Court gardens: Scout slipped away to see Molly and Alexis. Alexis agreed Drew doesn't need to hear about it.
- Quartermaine stables: Serena dropped by to see Cody, back from his trip, and Mac and Felicia turned up with dinner. Dominique came up, gently.

What was the biggest moment?
Joss and Baines. The breakup was the louder scene, but the report changes Anna's job, her treatment and possibly her freedom. It also makes Joss the person Emma is going to come after.
