General Hospital Recap Tuesday, September 15, 2026: Anna Confesses, Baines Wants a Warrant

Short version: Anna finally said out loud what happened on Mount Emerson, and two people heard a version of it within the same hour. Valentin offered to vanish with her. Agent Baines picked up the phone and asked for a warrant.

Monday ended with Joss sitting across from Baines, telling him Anna had a breakdown and was being treated outside the bureau. Britt had already ended things with Jason over the same story. Monday's recap has both scenes, and the week's full slate is in this week's GH spoilers.

What did Anna admit to Valentin?

Almost everything. Emma was already pushing her about the secrets when Valentin turned up at the door, and Anna sent her granddaughter away before she started.

She told him about the hallucinations of Peter, about pretending she was further along in her recovery than she was, and about the belief that had taken hold of her — that Faison's family had to be dealt with. She expects the WSB to lock her up over it.

He had arrived doubting a version of the story Britt had just given him. He left offering to disappear with Anna instead. She turned him down, because taking it would cost him everything he has here. Then Carly knocked.

Why did Baines ask for a warrant?

Because Joss gave him the missing piece. Monday she had described a breakdown; Tuesday she named the person Anna had gone after.

Baines spent part of the scene pressing her on Nina and Jack Brennan, and Joss gave him a picture of an agent who needed her family and who might be dangerous. 👉 Anna picked a civilian doctor so the bureau would never see the file. Two episodes later the bureau has a warrant request instead.

Is Chase really ending the marriage?

He's far enough along to ask a lawyer. Chase met Alexis and framed it as a difference he can't argue his way out of, with custody of Phoebe as the piece he actually cares about.

Alexis wouldn't take him as a client and pointed him at someone else. Over at the mansion, Brook Lynn was telling Tracy the opposite story — that Chase will come around, and that she stands by what she did and didn't say. She was singing to Phoebe when he walked into the doorway. The build-up to that is in Thursday's recap.

What happened at the Brown Dog?

Jason and Carly went there to shoot pool and talk about Britt. He hasn't stopped feeling it, he just can't see a way back. Carly's worry ran in a different direction: the WSB circling Valentin.

Then Joss admitted to Emma and Jason that she was the one who went to Baines. Emma took it as a betrayal of her grandmother and said so loudly enough that Carly stepped in. Jason's read afterward was gentler — that a frightened Anna may have wanted somebody to stop her.

What else moved Tuesday?

• Nina's table: dinner with Willow, Obrecht and Britt while the Brennan investigation closed in. Valentin came over to tell her she may need a lawyer, which is how Britt got him alone.
• Cody and Molly: a quieter scene, mostly Molly worrying about Scout and where Drew's custody fight lands.

The biggest moment

Not the confession — the phone call after it. Anna's collapse has been a private, medical story for two weeks, kept off the bureau's books on purpose. A warrant request turns it into a criminal one, in the same hour she was being offered a way out of the country. Wednesday's recap has the shooting that started it.

What does this set up for Wednesday?

The week-ahead spoilers at Soaps.com and Primetimer point the same way: Anna makes a sacrifice, Brook Lynn takes a hard hit, Carly has words for Valentin, Sonny offers Nina help and Drew makes a promise of his own. Carly is already at Anna's door, so the first of those is a short wait.

Did Josslyn report Anna on General Hospital today?
She had already reported the breakdown on Monday. On Tuesday, Sept. 15, she told Agent Baines that Anna had gone after Britt, and he asked for a warrant afterward.

Is Anna being arrested on GH?
Not on screen Tuesday. The recaps have Baines requesting an attempted-murder warrant at the end of his scene, not serving one.

Are Chase and Brook Lynn getting divorced?
Nothing has been filed. Chase asked Alexis about the process and about custody of Phoebe; Brook Lynn is still trying to save it.
